Cookies and audience measurement

This site uses Google Analytics to measure its traffic. The tool sets cookies on your device and sends data to Google LLC, which reuses it for its own purposes: it therefore does not fall within the consent exemption the French data protection authority grants to audience measurement.

No measurement cookie is set before you accept. Until you have chosen, or if you decline, Google's script is not loaded: no request is sent to its servers and no IP address is passed to it. Declining is as simple as accepting, and changes nothing about how the site works.

Your choice is kept for six months in your browser, then asked again. You can change it at any time: reopen the cookie choice .

No advertising cookie, no social network tracker and no sharing of data for commercial purposes are used on this site. Typefaces are served by the site itself and trigger no request to a third party.

Applications and consultant pool

Applications sent through this site join WAKEA's consultant pool. The purpose is to consider your application and, if your profile matches, to propose assignments or positions.

The legal basis is WAKEA's legitimate interest in building and maintaining a pool of profiles (Article 6.1.f GDPR). You therefore have a right to object: a personal link, included in the confirmation email, lets you withdraw your file at any time, without justification.

Data is kept for two years after the last contact, then erased.

Artificial intelligence tools read your CV, extract your experience and prepare a summary. No decision is made automatically: a consultant reviews and validates every analysis. No processing takes into account age, sex, name, origin, family situation or health. You may request an explanation of any analysis concerning you.

CVs and documents are hosted in the European Union.

Personal data

The contact form passes through no server: it opens your mail application with the message pre-filled. No data is collected or stored by the site in the process.

Email exchanges are processed for the sole purpose of answering your request, on the basis of WAKEA's legitimate interest in responding to enquiries addressed to it. They are kept for the duration of the business relationship, then archived in line with legal obligations.

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data. Send your request to the address above.
